CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. Deposits are retained for any cancellation, regardless of when the appointment is canceled. No exceptions will be made. Reschedules made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If accommodated past the grace period, a $10 late fee will be added. No-shows are not tolerated and will be charged a 60% no-show fee and will be banned from booking future appointments. There are no refunds on services. Fixes are allowed within 5 days. No extra guests or children are not allowed unless being serviced. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. We reserve the right to charge the card on file accordingly.
