SALON RULES Please come alone to your appointment as space is limited. A deposit is required to book your appointment. Please be considerate of others and bring headphones to avoid speakerphone or holding your phone. Kindly arrive on time for your appointment. In case you are late, kindly contact me. Note that there is a 10 min grace period. Our establishment operates on a cash-only basis. Please note Mariposa Nails & Beauty Bar is an appointment only salon, hours and prices vary per service provider.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to facilitate optimal scheduling for all our valued clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Should a rescheduling occur within the 48-hour timeframe, a new deposit will be necessary. Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period; however, exceeding this timeframe will result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. In the event that we can accommodate a client beyond the grace period, a $10 late fee will be applied to the total service amount. No-shows are not tolerated and will incur an 80% no-show fee. By securing an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this policy, and we retain the right to charge the card on file accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
