CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to facilitate optimal scheduling for all our valued clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Should a rescheduling occur within the 72-hour timeframe, a new deposit will be necessary. Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period; however, exceeding this timeframe will result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. In the event that we can accommodate a client beyond the grace period, a $10 late fee will be applied to the total service amount. No-shows are not tolerated and will incur an 60% no-show fee. There are no refunds only fixes within 5 days. Children are not allowed unless being serviced. By securing an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this policy, and we retain the right to charge the card on file accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
